Evin & the team at Top Spine have provided some of the very best care I have ever received. The team is so fun, friendly, and welcoming that it never feels like a typical appointment. You walk in feeling comfortable, recognized, and genuinely cared about. They have also done an incredible job of helping me understand the why behind my care. I always leave knowing what we are working on, how it connects to how I am feeling, and what comes next. That clarity has made such a difference. I do not feel like I am just showing up for an adjustment. I feel informed, involved, and confident in the plan. I can feel real changes in my body, and have experienced less stiffness and tension, better mobility, improved posture, more comfort in my day-to-day movement, and a greater awareness of what my body needs. Those changes have added up in a meaningful way. Top Spine is the best chiropractor practice you could go to. From the friendly staff, warm atmosphere and the man running the whole operation Dr. Evin… it is a wonderful experience. I went from not being able to walk more than a mile without pain to being able to bike 20+ miles within 6 months of care. If you are looking for a chiropractor in the Worcester area look no further.

I navigate the world with a unique situation in my spine. I have an extra vertebrae. An L6. I never would have known this had it not been for Patient Appreciation Day at Top Spine. Dr. Evin's curiosity and optimism when he saw my X-Ray filled me with faith. Not only did I feel safe in admitting to the back pain I've been tolerating since an injury in 2015, I also felt hopeful for the first time that we would have answers and solutions. Evin is the best. I thought chiropractors were snake oil salesmen because I've had multiple visits to others. I was told he's different just give him a try. I've had light to severe back pain for 20 years, a year and a half ago he had me pain free in under 3 weeks. I visit often but my back pain has not returned since. I have gotten much healthier from the limits I can push my body to now, not worrying about my back giving out. Love this place.

Such a great experience with Dr. Evin. He is incredibly knowledgeable and showed genuine care in addressing a lower back injury I experienced 10 years ago. I’m looking forward to returning for another service. I had a spinal fusion in 2018 and have been hesitant to receive adjustments since then. As a migraine suffer, it has been prevalent that I visit the chiropractor on a consistent basis. Ever since coming to see Evin I have felt more relief in 10 visits then I have in years. I’ve been going to top spine for the past 4 months after injuring my back from a fall on the ice, and I honestly can’t recommend top spine enough. When I first came in, I was dealing with significant pain and stiffness that was affecting my day-to-day life and work working as a nurse. From the very beginning, they took the time to really listen, assess what was going on, and create a treatment plan that felt personal. I was apprehensive about going to a chiropractor but I felt heard at every visit. Over the course of my visits, I’ve noticed a huge improvement—not just in my pain level, but in my overall mobility and comfort. He explains everything he’s doing, which makes you feel really confident and at ease during each session. The office is always welcoming, friendly and everyone always has a smile on their face. Another huge plus they are always super flexible with scheduling around my work schedule. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a chiropractor in the area. Dr Evin and his team are magic and the whole experience is magical. I have had a positive experience everytime I have gone for the past 2 years. With prior reoccurring flexion injuries, pain from herniated discs in my C spine and Lumbar, Dr Evin has given me the most relief out of any chiropractic care I have experienced in the last 20 years. The atmosphere of the office is calm, peaceful and healing. The office is full of sunlight, everything is clean, pure and the energy is great. I’ve been going to Dr Ivan for a few weeks now and let me say I WON’T ever go to another chiropractor unless Ivan retires. I’m a barber who is on my feet 10-14 hours a day, & work 6 days a week. It is hard to practice proper ergonomics so it’s safe to say barbering messed my back up throughout the years! Dr Ivan gave me a thorough assessment and took ample time to explain in detail what was wrong with my body, what I could expect throughout the sessions, & how he was going to get me back to optimal health through the sessions.. I used to be petrified of chiropractors, but Ivan puts me at ease every time! I am currently 4-5 sessions in and I DO feel better thus far! I have more energy, less pain throughout my body(usually dealt with a lot of lower back pain, hip pain, etc)… if you are a barber like myself who deals with aches and pains of poor ergonomics or simply need some adjustments go and see Ivan you WILL NOT be disappointed !

I got to work with Dr. Evin when he was in Arizona and thought I would share my experience so Massachusetts knows how fortunate they are to have such an amazing human and chiropractor amongst them! Dr. Evin had a big impact on my success with training for my kettlebell certification making a huge difference in the amount of weight I was able to move and giving me the confidence and encouragement to keep pushing myself and being one of my biggest cheerleaders. He was also very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to introduce me to other modalities that would help me on my journey as well! My husband has also had a great experience so far and feels Dr. Evin has given him adjustments and outcomes that no one else has— that he has desperately needed and wanted. Lastly, after many, very positive experiences with his admin, I learned it was his wife. Every single time I needed to reach out for anything, she was a bright light and super personable. Their customer service as a whole is amazing. I personally love to support local, small business. When you’re treated with such respect and care consistently— it makes it that much more enjoyable. They are an incredible team and I feel grateful for access to their quality care.
