Evin & the team at Top Spine have provided some of the very best care I have ever received. The team is so fun, friendly, and welcoming that it never feels like a typical appointment. You walk in feeling comfortable, recognized, and genuinely cared about.
They have also done an incredible job of helping me understand the why behind my care. I always leave knowing what we are working on, how it connects to how I am feeling, and what comes next. That clarity has made such a difference. I do not feel like I am just showing up for an adjustment. I feel informed, involved, and confident in the plan.
I can feel real changes in my body, and have experienced less stiffness and tension, better mobility, improved posture, more comfort in my day-to-day movement, and a greater awareness of what my body needs. Those changes have added up in a meaningful way.
I am so grateful for this team and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent care from people who make the whole experience feel easy, positive, and personal.

Top Spine is the best chiropractor practice you could go to. From the friendly staff, warm atmosphere and the man running the whole operation Dr. Evin… it is a wonderful experience. I went from not being able to walk more than a mile without pain to being able to bike 20+ miles within 6 months of care. If you are looking for a chiropractor in the Worcester area look no further.

I have been having neck pain issues for quite some time and finally decided to go to Top Spine for help. Dr Pingalore and his staff were very friendly and professional. The pain is gone now and I just stop in periodically for maintenance. Highly recommend!

I navigate the world with a unique situation in my spine. I have an extra vertebrae. An L6. I never would have known this had it not been for Patient Appreciation Day at Top Spine. Dr. Evin's curiosity and optimism when he saw my X-Ray filled me with faith. Not only did I feel safe in admitting to the back pain I've been tolerating since an injury in 2015, I also felt hopeful for the first time that we would have answers and solutions. Since then, I've been showing up regularly for adjustments and am amazed by the relief I feel in my lower back. I am no longer awakened in the middle of the night by intense pain. I am so grateful not only for Dr. Evin's expertise, but also for his energy. His enthusiasm for his craft is contagious and fills me with trust, which is so important when I'm telling my body to relax as it anticipates each adjustment. And his team! His team of Melissa and Caylin are always so warm and welcoming. I look forward to going to the doctor (what a time to be alive!) just to be greeted by their beautiful smiles. I always appreciate our talks at the front desk. Thank you Top Spine! Infinite Gratitude.

New patient FAQs
What does the new patient special include?
Your new patient special ($97) covers your initial consultation, a comprehensive exam, any X-rays we determine are needed, and — when clinically appropriate — your first adjustment. We review everything with you before any treatment begins.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring a photo ID, and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Arrive a few minutes early to complete your intake paperwork — or fill it out ahead of time if we send it over. Questions about cost or payment? Call us at (774) 280-4790 before your visit.
How long is the first appointment?
Your first visit covers a complete consultation, an exam, X-rays if needed, and, when appropriate, your first adjustment. For a time estimate before you come in, call us at (774) 280-4790.
Does a chiropractic adjustment hurt?
For most people, no. Adjustments are gentle and many patients feel relief right away. You may hear a soft "pop" as pressure releases from a joint — that's normal and not painful. We tailor every technique to your comfort and explain what we're doing first.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
You don't need a physician's referral to book with us. Some insurance plans have their own rules, so check with your plan.
Is chiropractic care safe?
Yes. Chiropractic is a widely recognized, conservative, drug-free approach for many musculoskeletal conditions. After your exam we'll flag anything outside our scope and refer you to the right provider when that's the better path.
Do you take insurance?
We're a cash-based practice and don't bill or accept health insurance. We do accept HSA/FSA cards, along with cash and all major credit cards.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Chiropractic care is generally an eligible HSA/FSA expense, but rules vary by plan, so check with your plan administrator. For questions about paying at our office, call us at (774) 280-4790 and we'll go over your options.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your condition, how long it's been going on, and your goals. After your exam we recommend a specific, time-bound care plan and explain the reasoning — there's no open-ended commitment.
Can children and pregnant patients be seen?
Yes. We offer gentle care for kids and expecting moms, with techniques always adapted to be safe and comfortable for every stage.
