Trusted chiropractic care for Northbridge

About 20 minutes (13.6 miles) from our office

Northbridge is a town of villages. Whitinsville is home to the town hall, Memorial Square and the Whitin Community Center, while Rockdale, Riverdale and Linwood each have their own mill history, and Northbridge Center sits up along Providence Rd. Wherever you start, the trip to Top Spine Chiropractic follows the same basic line: up Route 146, onto I-290, and into the downtown end of Shrewsbury Street.

Many of the complaints that come with a commuting, working life build slowly: back pain after a week of sitting, a neck that tightens on the drive, or tingling down an arm that points to a pinched nerve. Dr. Evin Pingalore starts by finding where the problem is coming from, then picks the approach that suits you, whether that is a hands-on Gonstead adjustment or a low-force Activator Method adjustment delivered with a small handheld instrument.

Appointments are available every weekday, with morning hours on all five days and afternoon sessions on three of them, so a visit can usually fit around a workday. If you have not been in before, the $97 new patient special is the place to start. Call (774) 280-4790 or book online to schedule.

Proudly serving: Whitinsville, Northbridge Center, Rockdale, Riverdale, Linwood.

Local, trusted care

Why Northbridge chooses Top Spine Chiropractic & Wellness

Northbridge grew up around the Whitin family's mills and machine shops, and that history is still easy to see in Memorial Square, the brick mill buildings of the Whitinsville Historic District, and the Blackstone Canal towpath trail at Plummer's Landing. When it is time to head into Worcester, the quickest way usually runs over Route 146, the highway that climbs the Blackstone Valley. From Northbridge Center, Sutton St and Central Turnpike lead to the on-ramp, roughly eight miles of 146 follow, and a short stretch of I-290 East brings you to exit 19. That ramp feeds straight onto Shrewsbury Street, and our office is on the city end of the street, not far from Washington Square.

The practice dates to August 2024, when Dr. Evin Pingalore opened it, and his chiropractic schooling took place at Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he finished in 2022. Patients who like a manual adjustment can have Gonstead work, while anyone who would rather skip the twist and pop can be adjusted with the handheld Activator or ArthroStim instruments, which use quick, low-force impulses. For someone with a Worcester job and a Northbridge address, the 6 PM close on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday leaves time to stop in before getting back on 146. There is also a 9 to noon block every weekday morning, Monday through Friday.

Evin & the team at Top Spine have provided some of the very best care I have ever received. The team is so fun, friendly, and welcoming that it never feels like a typical appointment. You walk in feeling comfortable, recognized, and genuinely cared about. They have also done an incredible job of helping me understand the why behind my care. I always leave knowing what we are working on, how it connects to how I am feeling, and what comes next. That clarity has made such a difference. I do not feel like I am just showing up for an adjustment. I feel informed, involved, and confident in the plan. I can feel real changes in my body, and have experienced less stiffness and tension, better mobility, improved posture, more comfort in my day-to-day movement, and a greater awareness of what my body needs. Those changes have added up in a meaningful way. I am so grateful for this team and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent care from people who make the whole experience feel easy, positive, and personal.

Northbridge chiropractic FAQs

Is Top Spine Chiropractic a long drive from Northbridge?

Not very. From Northbridge Center it is roughly 13.6 miles, about 20 minutes by car, to 72 Shrewsbury St, Unit 6, in Worcester.

Which roads do Northbridge drivers take to reach the office?

Sutton St out of Northbridge Center, then Central Turnpike to the MA-146 North ramp. Stay on 146 for about 8 miles, switch to I-290 East at exit 21, and leave at exit 19 for Shrewsbury St.

Can I stop in on my way home to Northbridge?

On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, yes. Those three days end at 6 PM, with the afternoon session running 3 PM to 6 PM. Every weekday has a 9 AM to noon morning window, and Wednesday and Friday close at noon with no afternoon hours. Weekends are not on the schedule.

Is online booking available for a first visit?

Yes. Pick a time on our Book Appointment page, or phone (774) 280-4790 if a quick conversation would help before you commit. Tell us it is your first visit and request the $97 new patient special.

Can you help with a pinched nerve?

Yes. When a nerve root in the neck or low back gets irritated, it can cause pins and needles, a heavy or weak feeling, or a shooting ache down an arm or leg. The exam narrows down which part of the spine is involved, and that shapes the plan.
